Keren Mills is Digital Services Development Officer at the Open University Library. Keren researched user requirements for m-library services as an Arcadia fellow at Cambridge University Library, and has particular interest in the (mobile) user experience and in the development of mobile service delivery for academic libraries. Keren has been project manager for the development of a several library web-related projects.
