One of a group of some 70 works read mainly while journeying, with Edward Strachey, between a post in Benares and his next posting in Poona. Title could refer to "Poeseos Asiaticae commentariorum libri sex, cum appendice; subjicitur Limon seu miscellaneorum liber: auctore Gulielmo Jones" but Jones also wrote a number of key legal works.
