Pollard then gave us a picture of the personality and work of Russell Pasha from “The last plague of Egypt” — the drug traffic. 9. R. H. Robson gave us a reading from “The Anglo Saxons”, the very recent work of R. H. Hodgkin of Queen’s College, Oxford, a Leightonian of the first generation. [Many of the XII Book Club members were associated with Leighton Park School.] 10. Finally Ethel Stevens read two or three picturesque passages from Duveen’s Collections and Recollections.'
